ASHLEY WEBB created her company after designing her own home in 2017 and winning the Idaho Falls Parade of Homes.  She has a degree in Interior Design from BYU-Idaho, where she was named Student of the Year at graduation.  She loves the creative outlet that interior design offers and especially enjoys designing spaces for children.  The AWI Team has won People's Choice and Judge's Choice in the I.F. Parade of Homes 4 times, and won Best of Idaho in 2022.  Ashley never met a cinnamon roll she didn’t eat, and she firmly believes that dance breaks solve almost every problem. 

MEGGAN MITCHELL, Meg to us, is a creative force with a strong talent for all aspects of the design process.  She has a knack for finding perfect, unique pieces and mixing styles to create homes that are functional, beautiful, and timeless. She is the ultimate entrepreneur and has started several successful online companies (including The Black Brick Co. which she owns and runs with Ashley), still manages to keep up with her adventurous family, and will drive across town for the best Diet Coke. 

ALISON ROCKWOOD, or Ali, as we call her, is a multi-threat and never met a talent she didn’t master.  She’s our resident artist, stylist, musician, graphic designer, actress, photographer, drafter, and renderer.  Oh, and did we mention she’s also an incredible interior designer?  Ali is a lover of vintage finds and has a passion for restoring historic homes (including her own which was featured in Idaho Falls' Historic Homes for the Holidays Tour).  Ali is the head drafter at AWI and never leaves home without a bag of Hot Cheetos, or her infectious smile.

WHITNEY SIMPSON has always had a passion for interior design and loves the creative outlet that it provides. She especially enjoys creating spaces for kids and isn’t the slightest bit intimidated by DIY projects.  Whitney has a knack for bringing warmth and personality to any space and has a magical touch when it comes to blending cozy and charming. She loves working with clients (the feeling is mutual),  and is never not up for a shopping trip.  Whitney keeps everyone laughing with her sharp whit and when she's not designing you can find her cheering at her kids' numerous events.

JANALYN OWENS lives for creating bespoke details that are tailor-made for each client. Her design aesthetic exudes both warmth and elevated taste. She loves finding gorgeous textiles, sketching spaces, and using her writing talents in the creative process. Janalyn puts livability ahead of perfection, and proves it when she goes from high heels at a meeting to overalls and a measuring tape on a project.  Her love for classic and graceful interiors perfectly matches her personality and anyone who knows Janalyn (and gets to work with her) considers it a blessing.

ADDIE BEAN is a lover of all things design and has a special affinity for spaces with a laid-back vibe.  She has a passion for adding the perfect vintage pieces, mixing patterns, and creating spaces that are unique for her clients.  Addie believes that the best spaces tell a story without having to say a word, and that design isn't about recreating the past, but rather about reinventing it. When she's away from the design world Addie loves traveling with her husband and gathering inspiration from the people she meets and places she goes.
